What is leasing?
Leasing allows you to get your inventory right away, but pay over time (12-60 months).
In practice, leasing works very similarly to regular installment payments, but often gives companies accounting and tax advantages as it is treated as an operating expense.
In short: You get your inventory now, avoid a large one-time expense and instead pay a fixed monthly payment.
We use financial leasing, which means that the inventory becomes yours after the end of the period.

Example
Purchase of equipment for DKK 30,000.
If you lease for DKK 30,000 over a period of 36 months, the monthly payment will be DKK 1,108.
With the first payment, the establishment fee of DKK 400 is also paid, so a total of DKK 1,508 in this example.
When the 36 months have passed and the last monthly payment has been paid, you will receive an invoice for the residual value of DKK 100.
Once this is paid, the inventory will be yours .
Choose from 12-60 months:
12 months = DKK 2,876/month.
24 months = DKK 1,667/month.
36 months = DKK 1,108/month.
48 months = 911 DKK/month.
60 months = 796 DKK/month.

Conditions
Establishment fee: 400 DKK.
Charged together with the first payment.
Residual value: 100 kr.
Charged when the leasing period ends - after that the furniture is yours.
Credit approval
The leasing company carries out a credit assessment.
In some cases, a down payment and/or a personal guarantee may be required.
Minimum amount
You can lease from as little as DKK 5,000.
However, it is recommended to lease for at least DKK 10,000.
